Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside of the United States, any judicial district in which JennyYMod.com may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
5. Physical or Electronic Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward the counter-notification to the party who submitted the original takedown notice. The original notifying party will then have ten (10) business days to file a court action seeking a restraining order to prevent the restoration of the content. If we do not receive notice of a court action within fourteen (14) business days after receiving the counter-notification, we may, at our sole discretion, restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, JennyYMod.com has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the access of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Website or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement. We define a repeat infringer as any user who has been the subject of more than two valid DMCA takedown notices. We reserve the right to decide, in our sole discretion, whether a claim of infringement is valid.
